Due to pending lawsuits between Sun Microsystems and Microsoft Corporation, users of Internet Explorer 6 and/or Windows XP may encounter difficulties when viewing Java-powered animations and Web graphics, like the navigation on the KM Alliance site.

The quickest solution is to go directly to the Sun Microsystems website and download the program needed to view all Java animations while continuing to use Internet Explorer 6, with or without Windows XP.

During download and installation, a series of windows will appear: click Yes or Next on each to continue. Download times vary: 15-30 minutes is typical for a 56k modem. Once the download is complete, installation only takes about three minutes.
